He has an extensive background in hotel management and subsequently brings a high commitment to customer service as well as an effective management style. Tom has been working at Hermann London since 2010 and has enjoyed watching the company flourish. Since he began, he has helped grow the Property Management division of the company to well over 1,000 units managed and provides training and support to Hermann London's other Property Managers. He has also acquired a broker’s license and is a Broker Associate at Hermann London.

The Property Management division currently encompasses single-family houses, condos, and lofts, community and association management, as well as some commercial management. His current goal is to maintain the company’s rapid growth rate while continuing to provide an outstanding product and service level.
